Shasta Lake Camping Trip (10 Days)

Almost every year we go camping at Shasta Lake with AAron's family. This year we went for 10 days! Work? Well it was horrible this past week when we got back, but 10 days of vacation was so worth it!

We did so much and so little all at the same time. We ate like kings, ribs, tri-tip, steaks, chicken, foil dinners, spaghetti, Big 'ol mess, taco soup, pork roast, 10 pounds of bacon, french toast, pancakes, breakfast burritos, hash browns... well you get the idea!

We stayed at Antlers Campground and were treated like VIP's since Robert does some work there in the off season. So we had a camp tent site and an RV site with a trailer on it that AAron's parents and us shared, so no sleeping on the ground this year!

We swam in the lake, we swam in the pool, we took naps, Marshall got tossed, Marshall watched movies in the camper, we talked, laughed, and just hung out. Oh yeah, AAron also found 84 caches.

Here is Christopher and Mary, we hope that she will be part of the family sometime soon!

I have to thank Sayde (AAron's sister) for all of these pictures!

So I Showed AAron that I updated or blog and he told me it's boring! There is no color, no music blah, blah, blah! So I'm vamping it up for him! I hope he likes it!

So, time got away from me....

OK I've heard it from more than one person that I need to update my BLOG! So here it goes. Nothing really new is going on with us Palmers, just work, more work, and spending time with family and friends. So I just really going to post some recent pictures of us.

We went and took family pictures at the Tree farm south of Chico with AAron's family on Easter Sunday. They turned out OK Marshall was in need of a good nap by the end of it. But he was pretty good for the two hours that we were out there.

I love this last picture...I think it's funny. We look like we are a band and Chris is the lead singer. I also love Marshall's face it in.

We recently went on a trip up to Portola, CA. We spent the weekend with Robert and Krista at a "resort." Lets just say that it was an adventure. We went to the Train Museum and Marshall learned to play golf. We was pretty good.
Marshall also loves to get sips of his Dad's soda. This picture states give me some or I'll eat your face off! I love it!

So Marshall has a crush...yes I know he is only 19 months old but he loves Tangled! No matter what he is doing he will sit and watch tangled for hours. In fact he is watching it right now as he falls asleep on the couch.

Well I guess I don't have much more to say, hopefully I'll post more soon.

TOO Funny!

I know that I have a lot of catch up to do, but working 6 days a week sometimes really doesn't leave a whole lot of time to blog. Enjoy my favorite video! AAron thinks Marshall is trying to be Stevie Wonder!

Birthday present at 4 months.

Today we went to my favorite pizza place...PIZZA HUT. Since we don't have one in Chico we went to the one in Oroville. It was soooooo gooood! Since all their Pizza's are only $10.00 it was cheep too. (Their wings are really good also!)

So while we were in Oroville we went to the thrift store. Now am not one for buying things at the thrift store, but how could you pass this up.

We got a steal of a deal on it too. Only $44.50. Online it's $119.00. It has all the parts and is brand new! We know that Marshall is only 4 months old today, but we couldn't pass it up!

Marshall's Blessing Day

On Sunday, December 27, 2009 we blessed Marshall in church. It was a great day full of family and friends. There was about 45 people that came to church just for Marshall's blessing. The place was packed. We missed a lot of friends and family that weren't able to attend, but cherished the ones that were there in spirit.

Grandma Carol made my white outfit and Grandma Krista made my white blanket.

2 month check-up

Today was Marshall's 2 month check-up. He's huge! 14 pounds 7 ounces, 24 3/4 inches long (both in the 90th percentile.) We love seeing him grow day by day. He smiles at us now, batts at toys, babbles and is getting cuter everyday.
